How to use this audio tour?

Namaste. Welcome to the Vadnagar audio tour.

Before we begin the tour, here’s a quick guide to using this app.

This tour takes you through key points of interest, each marked on the map with a location flag. To listen to a story, simply tap on a flag and press play. You can also access stories by tapping the QR code icon in the app and scanning the QR codes placed along the route. At any point, you can play, pause, or replay the audio as you like.

The tour within the fortified walls of the town is walkable. This is the stretch between Kirti Toran and the Buddhist Monastery. The other parts of the tour include sites that are more spread out and are best covered in a vehicle.

In total, the tour runs for about 90 minutes. If you’re short on time, you can choose to listen only to the stories marked with a star. These highlights take about 70 minutes.

If time is not a constraint, we recommend that you follow the full route suggested by the app for a more complete experience.
